Required Skills:

Primarily, you should be an excellent communicator (experience in international voice process is an advantage).

1 to 4 years of solid customer handling or sales or service experience in Customer Support or Technical Support or Application Support or any relevant support processes.

You should be basically a customer-oriented person.

Flexible to work in Day / UK shift. - No Night Shifts

You should have an idea on  web browsers, search engines, operating systems and MS-office.


Desired Profile:

• You should have finished graduation. Any degree from any recognized university

• You should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• You should have an excellent calling track record. People with Neutral accent or International accent have an added advantage.
