Job Description

* Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and service offerings

* Efficiently answer customer queries on various products and services offered by the bank

Skills Required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data

* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills

* Good keyboard skills

* Flexibility to work in shifts

Academic Qualifications

FOR CSE VOICE
Graduation in any stream
10+2 candidates with excellent communication skills and previous experience only can apply.

FOR CSE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

B.Com Freshers
MBA Finance Freshers
Experience with A/c's Payable
(Candidates applying for this will have to take a test on Accounting)

For CSE NON VOICE
Commerce or Arts Graduates.
Will have a test on Logical Reasoning / Basic Accounting

FOR CSE TECHNICAL HELP DESK
BE , BTECH Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills
Years of Experience
0 - 4 years working experience desired

Type of Experience
BPO experience will be added advantage, freshers are also eligible.
