Senior Software Engineer	2-6 yrs	· Core Java, Basic understanding of J2EE framework, · JSF, hibernate, hands on  Database, familiar with SQL queries, aware of troubleshooting techniques, familiarity with IBM / BEA app server, Knowledge of PDLC/ SDLC · Open source technologies like ANT, Maven · XML / XSL Parsing technologies etc. · Understand performance implications, memory management, and threading issues with Core Java and aware of analysis methodologies.  · Exposure to Agile and scrum methodology.
